"Aw… that hurts," Renessa protested. She knew the romantic concept of the indirect kiss. She had read it in the novel and watched it in the movie. However, she always thought that she would cringe so hard if a man suddenly did that to her in real life. Now that Andreas had done that to her, all she could do was look at him annoyedly. She believed that her head must be red from that slap.
"I thought it was a romantic gesture," Andreas shrugged as he walked to his initial spot. His back was facing her and just from the back, Renessa could picture the smug expression on his face.
"It should be and it shouldn't be hurt, but it did. Be honest, you did that just to smack me, right?" Renessa said with an accusation tone.
"I did. So what?" Andreas asked as he looked at Renessa, raising one of his eyebrows.
