We spent the winter building highways and road connections to facilitate communication, trade, and even migration. The entire population worked together to build these roads, and I designated Dongwu as the main gathering point.
Initially, I sought opinions, and the majority agreed that Dongwu would be the central hub because, quite literally, we were creating a Wonderland. With infrastructure prioritizing both practicality and aesthetics, coupled with designs perfect for gathering, Dongwu became filled with entertainment venues. There were also several attractive tourist spots for people to simply have a "one-day break" from the era of chaos. Of course, this place also became a good spot for syndicates, especially smugglers.
We received smuggled goods from Chinese pirates, Gan Ning's group, and others. They were quite shrewd in seizing this opportunity, but I refused their coalition offers despite their offers of friendship.
As for prisoners of war, we used them for training. So, simply put, like a coliseum, they would be used as training targets for us.
