When I opened my eyes the first thing I saw was Jason standing in front of me with an absent look in his eyes.
I looked around and saw the other members of Minority standing with the same blank look on their faces that Jason had.
'What happened?'
I slowly struggled to my feet while looking around in confusion.
I walked up to Jason and waved in his face.
'He's not even reacting.' I thought as I backed away from him. 'What could have happened?'
I then shook my head.
'Not like it really matters, more importantly...'
I looked up at the roof of the building that I was next to.
'...This is my chance to get away.' I finished.
'Now where are my daggers?' I thought as I scratched my head.
I saw one of them still in Jason's hand and the one was on the ground where I had dropped it.
I carefully walked past Jason, being especially carefully not to touch him.
'I don't want to wake him out of whatever trance that he's in, so it's best to keep away from him.'
