A man stood at the door before dragging his body inside without looking at students mumbling good morning as he did. The students looked at the man approaching and replied good morning wondering if they should stand or not, but they were too stunned to do anything. He had dark black hair and his hair was in the messiest bun they had ever seen. He also had the darkest and longest bags under his eyes as if his eye bags were dresses. He walked over to the desk that rested in front of the class and placed a book down he had under his arm down.
He stood behind his desk and looked at the students who sat frozen in place, he then turned to the board and took up a marker before proceeding to write his name. 'Mr.', but before he could print his name for everyone to read his hand started falling when he was on the second letter of his name and a long wavy line was created as his hand fell while writing. The words 'Mr. He' was displayed on the board and everything else couldn't be read.
"My name is Qin Hexon, but call me Mr. Hexon as I have written on the board. I'll be your teacher for the rest of the semester" the man spoke in a weary tone.
The students looked at the man that was said to be there teacher in disbelief and confusion and didn't even mutter a single word as they all sat in silence. Mr. Hexon rested himself in his chair and placed his head on the desk before falling asleep. No one knew how to react about the situation so they only sat in their chairs questioning everything. After a few seconds of silence they started muttering one after the other.
"This is absurd, being in the top class only to have a lousy teacher is unacceptable" someone spoke through their teeth, trying to remain quiet.
"Is this for real?"
"He looks super exhausted"
"He said his name was Qin Hexon, never heard of his name before" someone said to themselves as they tried thinking of all the great fighters they had heard about.
Qin heard the faint complains as he lay on the desk and slightly looked through his lashes and muttered,
"Idiots"
Time passed as they sat in their classroom having nothing to do while their teacher slept peacefully unbothered by his desk. The air was filled with confusion and anger as they didn't understand what their teacher was doing and there was no way they had such a teacher to train the next best elites. The hours miserably ticked pass until it was lunch time. The bell rang signaling everyone it was time for their break, but Mr. Hexon slept through the noise and never woke up, not even once. The students left on their own and was soon caught in a bungle along with the other students going for lunch.
Everywhere the students of class 1R went they heard other students talking about how their sessions went or bragged about their teachers and how famous and cool they were. Everyone in class 1R was overflowing with jealousy as they had nothing to add to the conversations. When other students tried approaching them to ask who their instructor was they gave a death glare, and so all the other classes separated from them and didn't ask anything while others thought they were being stuck up or acting as they were better than them. It was the first day of school and they were now the most hated class of all. The students of class 1R did their best by calming themselves down and hoped that everything that happened was only a test of some sort as they trusted the school system, but that's how the days followed repeating the same actions.
On the third day the students got very irritated and started speaking out and complaining, but Mr. Hexon simply slept, never waking to answer them ignoring them each time. Soon the students started breaking away from class and going wherever they pleased. Some students went to the library to educate themselves, others walked around campus, few played games, others studied whatever they could find and few joined other class.
Mr. Hexon wasn't teaching so Ash left class and went to the library to read whatever books he could get his hands on. He didn't like the idea of leaving class without permission, but his teacher seemed sloppy and lazy and Ash couldn't afford to waste time. He asked Lynx if he wanted to accompany him in which he simply refused and stayed in class. Lynx on the other hand stayed in class staring into space or he would sleep, meditating deep in the back of his mind, trying, forcing himself to remember something. Mr. Hexon would make small glances checking on the classroom and every time he only saw Lynx staring in the distance. Mr. Hexon didn't care what his students were doing and so he never said anything to them, he only arrived in class and slept.
The week ended and never did their teacher do anything, every day was the same until the second Monday of class. The students were expecting another week of time wasting, but they were deeply wrong. The classroom door was already open, a few students arrived at school very early and was already seated. Mr. Hexon walked in class by 7:15 am, when he walked into class it got the few students stunned and then he sat at his desk, but this time his head never reached his desk. He just sat in his chair with a displeasing and tired expression. At 7:28 am Ash walked into class alongside Lynx and many other students came in at that time. They were all taken aback when they saw Mr. Hexon early for class since he always arrived very late, but no one said anything as they passed and only took their seats and by 7:40 am everyone was in class as the bell then rang signaling the first class to be in session.
When the bell rang Mr. Hexon rose from his seat and spoke with seriousness in his voice as he slowly made his way closer to the students. He called out the names of the students who arrived after 7:30 am and said they were late. The students jumped to their feet's to defend themselves and to seek explanation for such nonsense since school was in session at 7:40 am and they were in class before the bell.
"This is bullshit, you waltz into here telling us who arrived late while you've been doing that for a week. I clearly made it here before 7:40 and I won't tolerate your madness, so how about you do your job properly asshole" a boy cursed angrily as he stood up slamming his hands on his desk.
Everyone listen to the boy speaking in silence and Mr. Hexon listened to him while not interrupting him.
"Listen to me you Jackass, I am tired and I'm not here to waste time and definitely not in the mode for any conversation. I run my class how I see fit, I'll expel you by simply not liking the way you look" Hexon said in a dark tone as he walked closer to the boy. "I don't care if you're son of the first, the second or even God himself, when you're here you're nothing but an insect and be good and I might not step on you, do I make myself clear?" Hexon said in a low threatening voice, while standing mere inches from the boy's face, with his tired deadly eyes.
The boy who spoke only gritted teeth and clenched his fist and sat in his seat without saying another word.
"As an Elite student don't you think you should be here before the given time? While the school says class is in session at 7:40 am, I say class begins at 7:30 am and if you arrive after that I'll mark you late" Mr. Hexon said walking back to the front of the class.
The classroom was silent until someone decided to break it.
"To be honest you've been nothing more than a crappy teacher" a boy said from the back row of the class and few others hummed in agreement.
"Just be quiet" Mr. Hexon replied obviously getting tired of them, but they didn't listen. Mr. Hexon then told them they should be quiet and if they didn't he would deduct points from them.
"You can't do that, using your power to silent us because we're correct is just immoral" a girl spoke out loud.
Without saying another word Mr. Hexon took up a small tablet device from his desk and everyone who was standing or speaking received a notification that showed they lost twenty points and received a demerit. The students opened up the device on their hand and there they saw a demerit and twenty points missing. They didn't believe that their teacher actual meant it and so they only accepted the outcome and sat down silently. Now that the class was completely silent Mr. Hexon spoke again.
"First thing of the day Pop quiz and by the way it's graded. So that means I'll be using the grade on your report cards, it was supposed to be an hour and half, but because of the commotion earlier you wasted forty-five minutes, so now you have fifty-five minutes to complete it. Start as you receive a paper" Mr. Hexon said as he placed a set of papers in front of a student to take one and pass it on and then he went back to his chair. Upon hearing they were getting a graded test the class room was shocked.
"What! That's impossible"
"Is this a joke?"
"I didn't come here for pranks"
"I know I'm speaking out of turn sir, and do pardon my rudeness, but if I may I don't understand your motive here and so this isn't making much sense to me. You always come to class late and without a word you sleep, so how can you give such an important test?" a boy in glasses raised his hand before speaking.
"Listen here, you guys aren't babies if your leader seems hopeless, your job as his followers is to do things on your own, find a different leader or something that doesn't include wasting time and waiting. Fredrick Finn you and your two goons did nothing but game, Lawrence Yen joined other classes and walked around campus familiarizing with his surrounding, Ash Redbyon has been studying in the library. Lynx Ro stayed here, it doesn't seem like much but I'm sure you all probably didn't know leaving class without permission is against the rule, but I'm sure some of you know as it was stated in the hand book. Quil Spikin who went to the training room and trained every day, Pixie Mercury also went to the Library, but did nothing but sing. Tyxin Navis studied and joined other classes, Zen trained at the training grounds and didn't even attend classes last week and everyone else pretty much did nothing that's worth talking about" Mr. Hexon listed from his desk. "Fifty minutes now"
Everyone was shocked, the teacher that had been arriving late and sleeping knew all there whereabouts and names.
