The two love birds were having dinner and Ziah told him about her day, how she managed to use her powers and as she spoke she was very happy and Raven was mesmerized by her smile and laughs every time she explained about her achievements. And Ziah was dumbfolded after catching Raven staring at her as if she was the most beautiful scene he has ever seen
"Umh.. is there something on my face" she asked calmly and Raven didn't speak anything for some time then he finally spoke
"You're very beautiful.. can you tell me why that day I found you, you were wounded? What happened?" Raven asked with a sad face and all the bad memories returned to her of how she suffered in that world of humans.
"I was being chased by someone who treated me very bad for a long time, and he managed to shoot me with an arrow" Ziah spoke and she stopped then continued " in the human world, I had no family. I was raised in an orphanage and when I was finally adopted those people made me a slave and that.. that man wanted to.. uh. He wanted to rape me so I run" Ziah tried hard to explain without shedding a tear but at the last sentence she had tears coming down her face and continued talking " my past life I never felt loved by anyone, I was sad my mother who I don't know abandoned me she didn't want me. At the orphanage I was always the different child no one liked me, I was always alone. And finally someone adopted me and treated me well but it was only for few days and after that I lived as slave in their house. Why did I have to go through that? Why was I that bad lucked," she cried her heart out and Raven just hugged her tightly letting her know that now she's safe, loved and cared for because he's hers and he will only give her the best treatment.
"I don't know how to comfort someone but I want you to know that I prince Raven of Morekvia, I swear to be with you in any time, to love you and treat you well in this life. And if we die I will search for you in all the coming lives, Ziah you're my mate in this life and the coming lives " Raven spoke with so much love that Ziah was soothed by his words and this time she was the one who kissed him. Even she was shocked by herself but she couldn't deny she loved the kiss so she just went on with it and they shared a very passionate kiss. They stopped to catch a breath and stared at each other's eyes that spoke of nothing but the love between them.
Behind a pillar was Alexia again and she heard Ziah's story and quickly went to tell Mira and Mira was quick to tell Aston.
"So she's from another world mhh! But I think she belongs here and maybe was sent to the human world to hide, humans have no magic or power so how's she this powerful. I truly believe she's from here but was there to hide,...." Aston spoke with great confidence and actually king Aston was known for his very perfect intuition and he was never wrong. After thinking for some time he spoke while giving Mira a tiny bottle " I can't play games now so just get rid of her, I want that girl dead. Make sure that spy puts this in her food or drink or whatever and just make sure she drinks this because she has to die. I have many things to handle and that new girl is a barrier in my plans."
Mira took the bottle and bowed then left and after telling Alexia what she had to do the girl froze because she just can't kill the princess. No she's already feeling guilty for acting as a spy but her family what will happen to her family so she had set a condition first.
"I want to see my family first please then I will do as you say, please" she begged Mira and then she was sent to a dark dungeon where her family was put. Her family was in bad shape and they look starved
"I give you some seconds to talk to them and when am back you're coming with me" Mira ordered and she disappeared
"Mother, father it's me Alexia please am here" she called them with tears in her eyes and her parents heard her and looked at her. Then her mother touched her face whispered something to her ear
"Don't do whatever they're telling you to do, they will just kill us even if you do it. They've already killed your little brother and they were planning to kill us also after you do what they want. So please my dear girl don't do it, it's okay even if we die am sure we will meet again and be a family again. Please promise me you won't stain your hands with bad things promise me Alexia" her mother talked with tears and Alexia was also in tears
"Promise us Alexia please" her father also spoke with nothing but worry and Alexia had no choice but to accept her fate and she believed what her mother said that they will meet again and be a family again. So she nodded and promised her parents "I promise mother and father, I love you so much" she hugged both of her parents and her mind was made up that she will not give the princess the poison but she will drink it and tell her the whole truth. After an emotional moment with her parents Mira was back and took her away
"Now you know what to do, do this and your family will be saved or else.." Mira commanded and gave her the bottle and Alexia headed to the kitchen to prepare tea and put the poison. She did this because she knew that Mira was secretly watching her so she had to fake it till she reaches to the room of the princess then she will drink it and explain everything and after she dies she will be united with her family.
Slowly she made her way to Ziah's chambers and after telling the two guards that she was bringing tea they let her in but behind her was Emma who has been sensing bad things and when she went to the kitchen she smelled something bad and her instincts immediately told her to rush to Ziah.
"Your tea my lady" Alexia spoke calmly and Ziah turned around and saw the girl then she just smiled at her when she was about to take the tea the girl grabbed it and gulped it so quickly.
"What's wrong Alexia" Ziah asked worriedly and the girl started trembling and crying so hard.
"Your highness am sorry, but you need to know this... Cough cough.. I was forced to do this" Alexia fell to her knees and Ziah rushed to hold her in her arms, Alexia was coughing and blood was coming out of her nose and ears but she tried to hold up so she can explain everything " I, my family was abducted by that monster and threatened to kill them ... cough cough cough.. If I don't tell them about you and your powers.. am sorry I did that but I found out that even if I do what they say ... cough.. they will kill my family and me so I couldn't continue do their dirty jobs " Alexia was in a bad condition but she held so much not to die before she reveals everything.
Suddenly the door fling open and Raven along with Emma were in the room looking at Ziah but her face was fixed on the girl in her hands" come on tell me more Alexia " Ziah urged her to talk "Emma looks for help please " she begged
" No don't .. I don't want to be saved because I am going to meet my family please let me die. It was king Aston of dark Kingdom and his servant Mira,... Cough... They wanted me to poison you but I couldn't do I took the poison myself. I know by now they must have killed my parents but it's okay am going to meet them again... Cough.. please forgive me for being a spy " Alexia cried while her nose and ears were flowing blood and she forced a smile while watching Ziah " My lady that day I told you you're beautiful, I was being honest and am happy I got to see you before I die. The girl who's making the monster Aston scared am so happy,.. please bless me as I am dying and forgive me " she spoke with great difficulty and Ziah couldn't stop crying and she stroke her hair gently
"I bless you and forgive you, I also meant that day when I said you were also beautiful. I hope you meet your family and be happy again, Alexia my friend " Ziah talked sweetly while stroking her hair
"Please hug me I feel cold,.." Alexia spoke again and Ziah embraced her so tightly while crying. All this was being unfolded Infront of Raven and Emma and Ashley and it was a sad scene
" Mother, father , little brother am coming.. I feel cold " Alexia was murmuring and Ziah just embraced her so hard while she broke down like a baby until she felt Alexia going limp.
"Alexia, Alexia nooo" she cried so hard and Ziah just looked at her and thought about how the poor girl suffered oh why did people have to suffer like this, she even decided to drink the poison intended for her. She somehow felt the pain of loosing someone that became dear to her in a few time and she didn't know how to take it. She just knew that she won't be able to take it if she looses another person, now she knows she has an enemy and that enemy will try to get her or her loved ones so she vowed to work hard and master her powers and protect her loved ones.
