After the meal, everyone sat together and chatted for a while. Wu Jiaxing took his leave, Mr. Loo returned to the study, and Wu Lang was about to follow him, but Lian Manman stopped him.
"Even though there's an exam coming, brother, I know you want to work extra hard, but don't push yourself too much." Lian Manman reminded Wu Lang to take breaks.
"I understand," Wu Lang nodded.
"Also, brother, try to use your ears more at night and let Mr. Loo explain things to you. Don't strain your eyes too much. Even the brightest lamp at night isn't as good as daylight; it's still hard on the eyes." Lian Manman advised Wu Lang.
She was worried that Wu Lang might ruin his health or harm his vision by overworking himself for the exam.
