[Third Person's PoV]
Tony was dressed in a sleek black-and-silver training suit that accentuated his athletic build. His eyes scanned the room, observing how every student from Class 1-A was engaged in rigorous training inside his personal Danger Room.
In one section, a barrage of explosions and bursts of light constantly echoed — the unmistakable domain of Bakugo. He was being swarmed by conjured and artificial supervillains, each one tougher than the last, pushing him harder than he'd anticipated.
Meanwhile, in another part of the room, Kirishima lay face-down on the ground, unmoving. Every inch of his body was hardened, gleaming like sculpted stone.
"Kirishima… What are you doing?" Tony asked, blinking in confusion.
"G-G-Gravity t-training," Kirishima grunted, his voice strained under the pressure. "Diamonds are f-forged under e-extreme pressure!!"
"Sure, buddy. You do you," Tony replied, amused. "Just don't die on me — I'm not shelling out PR money to cover this."
"T-That's morbid, man," Kirishima grunted.
Tony smirked and turned his attention elsewhere. The Danger Room had been divided into sections based on specific training needs. Each group worked within customized parameters tailored to their quirks.
In Kirishima's sector, although others weren't under the same crushing gravity, they still struggled to move freely. Ojiro and Sato, for instance, were sparring under moderate gravitational resistance, muscles flexing as they exchanged blows.
Nearby, Tokoyami, Denki, and Todoroki focused on refining the elemental aspects of their quirks. Sparks danced violently around Denki's hands as he stood, palms pressed together, trying to concentrate.
"What are you doing?" Tony asked, raising an eyebrow.
"I'm trying to turn my lightning into a sword," Denki replied through gritted teeth. "It's something I've wanted to do since I was a kid. But I can't get the electricity to stay still long enough to shape it."
"There's your problem," Tony said with a sigh.
"What?"
"We've been over this — remember the Sports Festival training?" Tony reminded him. "Lightning's wild. It doesn't sit still. It's not something you control — it's something you guide."
"Yeah, easier said than done. I don't really know how to guide it…" Denki muttered, brushing his blond hair from his eyes.
Tony paused thoughtfully. "Imagination plays a huge role in quirk mastery. You need the right mental framework. Close your eyes and imagine that your body is nothing but wires."
"What?" Denki blinked, confused.
"Just do it," Tony rolled his eyes.
Tony waited a beat, making sure Denki followed through. Slowly, the electric blond closed his eyes, his arms still buzzing slightly with leftover current.
"Now," Tony said, his voice calm but focused, "you're a conduit. Not just a guy with a cool quirk—think of yourself as a living power grid. Your nerves? Wires. Your muscles? Insulated conductors. Your heart? The generator. Electricity isn't some force you summon—it's part of you. You are the lightning."
Denki furrowed his brows, really trying to visualize it.
"Picture it like this," Tony continued, walking in a slow circle around him. "Your body charges up and current flows through it like a stream of pure energy. Now, when that energy exits, what happens?"
"It... explodes everywhere?" Denki guessed.
"Exactly. But that's because you're letting it leave uncontrolled—like uncapped pressure. Instead, visualize a path. Channel it through specific lines. Now here's where it gets tricky—create a circuit. A loop."
"A loop?" Denki asked, still eyes shut.
"Yeah. You want the lightning to shape into a sword? Then build that sword in your mind first. Trace it—its length, its width, its edge. Picture it made of light and voltage. Then feed your power into it. Let the current travel through that image like it's an extension of your own arm."
Denki's hands started to spark again—less violently this time. The energy arced and crackled with a growing consistency.
Tony smirked, stepping back a bit. "There you go. Keep it flowing. Breathe with it. Let the current dance through your construct—don't force it. Coax it."
The lightning suddenly gathered at Denki's palms and surged forward—not wildly, but almost deliberately—forming into a glowing, buzzing blade-shaped silhouette. It flickered, unstable, but there was shape. There was form.
"I... I did it! It's—well, it's kind of a sword!" Denki exclaimed, his eyes snapping open.
Tony crossed his arms with a cocky grin. "Told you. You don't command lightning, you invite it to dance. Now keep practicing that visual. And hey—add some flair. Lightning swords are way cooler with flair."
Denki beamed, the unstable blade humming in his grip. "I'm gonna need a name for this!"
"Focus on keeping it from blowing up your face first," Tony replied with a chuckle, walking off toward the next student in need of guidance. "Then we'll workshop the branding."
After Tony finished helping Denki, he glanced over and saw Melissa assisting Todoroki with his flame control. While Melissa wasn't a pyrokinetic, her solid knowledge of thermal physics and energy made her a valuable guide.
Tony's eyes then landed on Koda, who looked a bit lost and unsure of what to do.
"Having trouble deciding what to work on?" Tony asked.
Koda gave a small, bashful nod.
"I could try fighting, but…" Koda hesitated, clearly reluctant to say more.
"But since there aren't any animals around — and this is mostly a simulation — you're finding it hard to train your quirk properly," Tony finished, nodding in understanding. He rubbed his chin, pondering how to help. "Are you scared of something?"
Koda blinked in confusion. "Why?"
Tony leaned in slightly. "Well, since training your quirk isn't really possible here, and physical training might be tough without the right guidance, why not work on this?" he said, tapping the side of his head.
"Since this whole thing is fake, it's the perfect chance to challenge any fears you've got. If you start building mental resistance now, it might help you when you're actually faced with something terrifying in a real situation."
Koda's eyes widened in realization. Remembering his fear of bugs, he gave a solemn nod. "I'll try. Thanks, Class Prez."
Tony gave him a thumbs-up and moved on.
A massive conjured obstacle course had taken up a large chunk of the room, where Izuku, Iida, Asui, and Sero were hard at work. Tony noticed Izuku and Sero giving each other pointers, Sero especially demonstrating his agility and helping Deku refine his use of Blackwhip.
Meanwhile, Iida and Asui were pushing through the course with weights Tony had given them earlier, strapped securely around their legs to build strength and resistance.
Tony checked the time on his phone and sighed. 'I have to leave early. Man I didn't even get to test my new suit out fully yet'
He looked back and saw Melissa wrapping up her session with Todoroki. Approaching her from behind, he gently placed a hand on her shoulder.
"Hm?" Melissa turned to him, puzzled.
Leaning close, Tony whispered in her ear, "I gotta visit my parents. Not sure how long it'll take. Mind taking over here?"
Melissa's brow furrowed with concern. "Your parents? Is something wrong?"
Tony shook his head. "Nah, nothing serious. Just need help with something. Are you cool with that?"
Though still a bit skeptical, Melissa nodded. "Go ahead. I've got this."
"Thanks," Tony said, planting a quick kiss on her cheek before walking off.
He didn't bother changing out of his uniform. The others were too focused on training to notice his exit. As he walked, the liquid metal lining his skin shimmered and expanded, forming a sleek silver suit around his body.
Moments later, Tony vanished into thin air, phasing effortlessly through the glass panel of his lab like it wasn't even there—then blasted off into the orange evening sky.
