Ivy River saw Thalia Anderson kneeling on a meditation cushion in the center of the ancestral hall, eyes closed, murmuring something indistinct.
Possessed?
This is too bizarre, what is she doing?
Surely not all these memorial tablets are of the Anderson family ancestors!
Ivy River watched and couldn't help herself; she stepped forward and bowed deeply in front of the memorial tablets.
Thalia Anderson turned around and glanced, "Why have you come?"
"Mr. Anderson, I didn't mean to, I apologize to you here, I have no intention of offending the ancestors."
Ivy River quickly explained.
Thalia Anderson waved her hand, "It's fine, it's fine, I was just asking the ancestors if they could persuade my daughter to agree to this matter."
"Alright, I'll stay here with you for a while. Is your daughter's tablet here?"
Ivy River looked around but didn't find any female names.
Thalia Anderson chuckled, stood up, and took out a very hidden tablet from a small corner.
