Olivia stood up slowly and placed the bowl aside. She didn't say anything; she just walked over to Alexa and gently pulled her arm.
"Come with me," she said in a quiet voice.
Alexa followed without hesitation, sensing the urgency.
Lucian noticed right away and stood up too. The others exchanged glances before rising one after another. Without needing to speak, they trailed behind, careful not to draw attention as they slipped away from the dining area.
They stopped at a quiet corner, behind some stacked crates and dim light fixtures. It was far enough from the crowd, and Adam couldn't hear them from here.
"We need to talk," Olivia said, turning to face the group. "We can't wait any longer."
Alexa crossed her arms, resting her back on the wall. "You want to tell them."
"Yes," Olivia nodded. "We didn't just come here by chance. We came to bring them out to the Fortress. That's our mission, and it is much safer there."
