"No...no." Andrea kept muttering in her sleep when suddenly she opened her eyes with a loud gasp.
Her eyes widened in fear as she kept breathing heavily.
"What were you dreaming about?"
Andrea finally noticed Gael's presence in the room when she heard his voice.
"You are back?" Andrea asked in surprise, still trying to control her breath.
"What did you dream about?" Gael asked again.
Andrea chuckled nervously and turned off the music playing on her phone as she replied, "Nothing. What makes you think I was even dreaming about anything?"
She carried Kai in her arms and placed him in his crib. "Sweet dreams, baby."
Gael watched her and contemplated if he should continue pursuing the matter or just leave it at her lie, but when she turned to him with a smile on her face, he swore that he could see it didn't reach her eyes.
"Let's talk in my room." Andrea said and walked out.
Gael followed after her and gently closed the door.
