Charles caught everyone's attention. Zenne is still trying to find out who among those involved might betray their organization.
You guys fight it out for now; I'm looking into other potential people here. He sighed to himself, reflecting on his thoughts.
He is helping Vince because he is also facing many problems now.
"Hmm, what do you think, William?" Felix asked.
"Can you keep up with him, Charles?" William asked Charles.
He just sighed.
"If he wants to play games with me, I will play with him." He said.
"I love that confidence," Felix said.
There they go again, those two. Zenne could only shake his head at them.
"Stop that, Vince." He simply said on the screen.
"What do you think, Felix? Can you keep up with his mind?" Charles asked.
He just smiled meaningfully. "The question is, can he guess what's on my mind? I admit he's a remarkable foe; our problems have just multiplied." He just shook his head.
"Felix, we get it; you don't need to rub it in our faces."
"Please, we need to end this; we still have a lot to talk about." Jake just sighed at that moment.
"Hmm? Solution? I'm going to enter the Fuego mansion... " Felix said.
Everyone looked at Felix; even Zenne stared at his screen and checked if he heard correctly that he was going to the Fuego mansion.
"Are you completely lost, Felix?" Charles inquired.
"Felix, we need a solution right now." Vince said. "Do you want to die right away?" Vince asked his cousin, who could only shake his head.
"Is that a solution? You just added to our problem with your crazy idea." Charles just shook his head and let out a sigh.
"That's why I asked you if he could keep up with the pace of my thoughts; this is my resolve so we can know each step directly, especially Don Bernard Fuego." He added.
"Okay, we understand," his cousin sighed in response. "In what way will you be able to enter the stronghold of our enemies?" This one asked.
"You are aware that our last name, Blanco-Tejero, is on the blacklist, and if you venture inside, Giovane will inquire about your relationship with me." Vince sighed while explaining, and Zenne also thought about the possibilities that could happen if that were to occur.
"The surname Blanco is well-known because of your mother's involvement with that beast's first husband." Vince added.
"Vince, I'm your cousin; you could trust me. Did I say I would carry my surname? I could not take the risk of putting our clans in danger. Who was the one who handled Mikaela and Chesca's papers back then?" he asked his companion.
Vince was pondering the words of the person in front of him.
"Ha---! I surrender. What is the purpose of our discussion if you already have a solution to your problem?" Vince said, shaking his head.
"You can't just easily get in there. If you use an alias, they will check your background before you can work at the mansion." Charles added.
Felix just smiled at Charles. "That's why I'm going to ask you, how did you manage to deceive the two Fuego, hiding the fact that you are a Roman, Charles? How will you do it?" he asked Charles.
"I know you have some tips for me; would you be willing to share them, Charles?"
Charles fell silent at what Felix was saying.
I don't know what kind of mindset Felix has right now.
He is looking at the CCTV in every hut; something caught his attention. He saw that an individual had entered the hut, holding a USB drive while making a phone call. In another CCTV footage that caught his attention, someone attacked the basement where the young women they had rescued, William, were kept.
He swallowed hard, unable to see the face because it was covered, killing the innocent ones guarding their hut, William.
"Gods," he whispered.
"Is there a problem?" William asked him.
"The spy is already attacking, and the worst thing is, they attacked the basement where the women you saved are."
"What!?" William, shocked, stood up from his chair. He immediately fiddled with his phone and called; the anxiety was evident on his face.
He immediately shared his screen with his colleagues.
Felix and Vince frowned.
"Oh no, one of the women is the spy that the Fuegos paid for, William; how are they?" Felix asked, alarmed.
Felix immediately sent a photo taken from the CCTV, which also came from him.
"It looks like we're already too late." Vince even said, "One step ahead, one of the women we helped betrayed us."
"I've already called the other members of our organization." Vince said.
"Choose these people," Charles immediately sent a message with names, photos, and information on the screens of others.
"This will help catch the individuals who are betraying this organization."
Zenne looked to see who he was suspecting; he and Vince exchanged glances, confirming their suspicions.
"Monitor them, Zenne." Charles ordered him.
He just nodded and helped the others save the women, knowing they'd be taken to the warehouse.
"We will get ready for the worst thing that happened; they might make our rescued ones confess, in exchange for their freedom, who—who are the people who helped them?"
"We need to postpone our meeting urgently, Vince. Watch Thalia; I see that they are about to meet, and a woman will be with them, either Isabel or the woman who escaped the commotion now in the basement."
He believes in Felix's premonition; no matter how much he thinks, his premonition is never wrong.
Isabel is involved, right? Therefore, she is aware of the situation and has assisted her brother. He thought to himself.
He needs to understand each of their personalities to share the information he knows.
Before anything else, I'll help out in the basement first. He immediately stood up, prepared himself, and brought a gun; he didn't know what he would find there.
It's crucial to be ready for any eventuality. He immediately came out of his lair to help William with the work in the basement.
