Right now, all Gion felt was pure happiness.
She wasn't the shy, bashful type. The next moment, she launched herself forward and kissed Kaito.
Kaito froze for a second, then responded with equal intensity.
The only witness to this moment was Modis, still perched on Kaito's shoulder. She lifted her tiny paws to cover her face—but left a little gap between them, just enough to peek through.
