I finished my breakfast and waited at the table for a few more minutes simply to digest all that i have heard. I had no idea why but i couldn't bring myself to leave just yet. Father's words were pretty much still echoing in my head and with each thought i gave to it, the more confused it left me.
"Are you finished, Alpha Prince?" A maid asked me, alerting me from my swivel thoughts and i nodded at her, giving her the permission to clean up which she did almost immediately.
I excused myself from the table and made my way outside, towards the fields. I had a thought to go and see Sophia but i decided against it cause i knew that she might be busy taking care of the wounded guard.
I wanted to ask her about Jayden and their close relationship of late because i knew that if there was anyone who would tell me the truth then it's definitely her. I have a feeling that Jayden is up to something but i just don't know what.
