"Do not ever call me bro. I said you should apologize to my girlfriend," Lee said to Darren.
"He isn't being serious. Nora, come on, tell him it was just a joke. It really wasn't that deep," Darren scoffed.
"It wasn't a joke. You're so deep-rooted in your terrible character that you can't even tell the line between a joke and an insult. Apologize right now."
"You're not being serious. Nora, this is the man that is who you left me for? You couldn't have gone worse."
"You don't really know who you're talking to, do you?" Lee said, laughing.
"Whoever you are, I'm not going to apologize when I didn't do anything."
"Some of you just don't listen," he said, moving away from Nora.
"Lee, I mean babe, no. He doesn't deserve your attention. Let's just go."
Lee looked back at Nora, smiling and going back to her.
"Just because she said so. If not, you would have been begging me on this floor."
