In the kingdom of Lun jiang where the rivers glow with moon light and shadow hum with ancient secrets, two cries echoed through the night.
Born beneath a bleeding moon and a sky veiled in the silver mist, the twin princesses arrived, one wrapped with starlight silence, the other glowing like a tear of moon itself.
The elder was named Mo yao for her hair was darker than midnight ink and her presence as still as the deep river than never rushed.
The younger, Yin Shu shimmered with the light of dawn first snow, and laughed like the wind chimes dancing in the garden.
Even as infants they were opposite — shadow and shine, hush and strong — and yet, they always reach out for each other, Hand in hand, heart to heart.
Some whispered that they were a blessing, others feared they were a warning.
But the Queen holding both close to her chest smiled softly and said:
"Two stars born under one moon. Let the world tremble or let it heal ...but let them choose it together "
And so began their story — not of crowns and sword but of bond and balance. Of sisters whose love will one-day save the world — or end it.

8 years old Mo yao was practicing her archery in the Court yard while Yin Shu was busy playing around disturbing Mo yao's archery practice.
Mo yau frowned at her sister's impishness,
Mo yau dropped her bow and arrow as she approached Yin Shu with a sharp gaze.
"Yin Shu ... Shouldn't you be studying in the library? Why are you always bothering me whenever I'm doing something reasonable "Mo yau scolded as she folded her little arms.
Mo yau is calm, composed and highly intelligent, she is protective and strategic, always thinks ten step ahead, she rarely speaks but her words are precise and impactful, she is secretly softhearted especially towards her sister.
Yin Shu giggled as she moved closer to Mo yao.
"Mo yao.. come and play with me, it's fun playing outside the courtyard than inside" Yin Shu said ignoring Mo yao's question
Unlike her sister, Yin Shu's personality is different, she is kind hearted, intuitive and emotionally radiant, she speaks softly but with Great Warmth and conviction, she
Loves music, laughter, and calming those in pain, while gentle she is unwavering when protecting the ones she loves.
Mo yao narrowed her eyes.
"Yin Shu if mother catches you playing, you will be in so much trouble, you should be studying not playing " Mo yao said
"Hmph you are no fun Mo yao" Yin Shu pouted.
Mo yao sighed knowing, her sister won't listen to whatever she says and that always gets her in trouble, Mo Yao got back to her training, turning serious.
While Yin Shu stomped her feet out of the courtyard.
Yin Shu could feel her stomach growling meaning she is hungry.
She made her way to the Royal kitchen to get some snacks to eat until she perceived a sweet odour that made her mouth to water, she tiptoed to the kitchen entrance to see if any maid were present but they weren't
She saw steamed buns on the kitchen counter but it was far from her reach, yin Shu frowned and took a stool nearby to support herself.
Successfully she reached the counter and took the tray full of steamed freshly baked buns, she are them all till she is full.
Two maids walked into the kitchen and saw the scene in front of them as their mouth flew agape.
"Your highness are you alright" one of the maid names Qui Ningxi asked as she approached her.
"I'm ...full hehe " yin Shu giggled.
"Oh my! You ate the buns on the counter?" The second maid asked in awe.
"Of course I was hungry" yin Shu replied rubbing her stomach.
The second maid sighed.
"Her majesty the Queen will soon have a guest, and the buns you just ate ....is for the guest!" The second maid snapped at yinshu.
Now all their hard work has gone into yinshu's tummy.
"Oh.. hehe sorry I didn't know" Yin Shu said regretted eating the buns.
If her mother finds out, she will scold her for sure.
"Looks like we will have to prepare another one" Ningxi said as she pulled yin Shu up.
" Another one! There isn't time, the guest will be arriving soon "the second maid snapped.
Yin Shu not minding her attitude blinked innocently at her.
The second maid sighed.
Yin Shu giggled and left the kitchen, on her way to her room she saw her mother a few steps away, stunned she looked both left and right to search for a place to hide
" Yin Shu .. Come back here, don't think you can run away from me" mei jingfei said, narrowing her gaze towards little yin Shu.
Jingfei moved closer to yinshu with a slight frown.
" You were reported.. about you disturbing your sister in the courtyard while she is training and you entered the Royal kitchen and ate the buns that were for my guest" jingfei snapped.
" I...I.. mother I was hungry"yin Shu stammered.
Mei jingfei being a Queen and a mother of twins carried all the responsibilities on he shoulder from when yin Shu's father died.
She has been the one taking care of the kingdom.
" Couldn't you ask a maid that you were hungry?"jingfei responded.
Yin Shu's gaze was on the ground feeling guilty.
Mo Yao approached yinshu and her mother, she just finished training so she was heading to her room to rest until she saw the two.
" Hehe I knew you would get in trouble " Mo Yao smirked, greeted her mother then proceed to her room.
" I'm sorry mother. It won't repeat it self again"yin Shu sobbed.
Yin Shu was known for being emotional and that as always got into Mo Yao and jingfei 's nerve.
" Don't cry. I didn't mean to yell at you" jingfei voice softened as she bent down to yin Shu's level and whipped her tears away from her cheeks.
Yin Shu's sob died down as she smiled.
" Hehe can I go play with Yao Yao?" Yin Shu asked as she giggled.
This girl mood change really fast.
" Yes of course "jingfei smiled as yin Shu walked towards Mo yao's room.
" Mo Yao let's play"yin Shu giggled as she entered Mo yao's room.
" Yah!!! What are you doing here!!? "Mo Yao snapped her face suddenly turned blank.
She was just about to rest until yin Shu came in.
'can't I at least rest why must I be punished this way boohoo -.-
