After a scandal cost him his job, the entire city turned its back on him. Doors slammed shut, companies refused to even look his way, and his name became a curse whispered in office halls.

With nowhere left to go and no dignity to cling to, Venzel returned to his quiet village, ready to rot—or at least grow potatoes.
