Which the naming was done through a lot, which the winner was a GOC Agent affiliated with the Templar Knight, which the agent decided to name it Horizon base. (Even though the name sucks)
Which during that time,the personnel of the base had adapted remarkably fast (whether from the fact the love of GOC personnel to fight things that are non-human since they're non-human, which it's been known that atleast half of GOC Agents are Gun-nuts or the fact they're really love hunting paranormal because they're non-human.... Yeah probably both and the fact some of the personnel are getting bored).
Which modification by GOC Engineers at the base to incorporate some components for identification purpose which the fact they also modified and have upgraded they're VERITAS System to the point allowing them to able to recognise energy signature of this world's anomaly, which the modification is to the point it can be considered a different version of VERITAS which it's been name as the type V3. ,
As well as that fact, director Reiss also had deployed goc agents to other countries, which some of the countries he deployed the goc agents to particularly in Europe, which the countries were the goc agents were mainly deployed were the UK,Gernany, Italy,Romania,and the Nordic Countries.
