Ash wakes up to find himself in a hospital room and on top of a somewhat soft hospital bed. Then suddenly a nurse arrived and is a man? The nurse was so gentle as he walked up to him.
"How are you? Are you doing fine now?" The Nurse's voice is soft despite being a man.
Ash then looks at him.
"W-w-w-why-why I-is your voice s-s-so s-s-soft?" Ash asks in a stuttering way.
The nurse looks at him in confusion, but he just smiles.
"Cause I'm a nurse. A nurse needs to be soft. Am I right?" The nurse replied.
Ash just looks at him.
"But aren't women the best nurse? I mean, I'm not saying it to be rude, but…"
The nurse then tells him the truth.
"Well… the truth is… the norms changed, and it became opposite. Now boys must act cute and cuddly while girls need to be strong now. It is a cultural norm change. I hope you could understand."
Ash was super surprised by this. He can recall the girl from his dream who had a lever. That is all he could remember. He sniffed.
"Sniff…"
"Sniff…"
Later, the nurse exits the room. Ash then turns on the TV.
"From the norms changing… No one knows… Not even the president himself why it changed… It was so sudden last week. Scientist tries to learn about what happened and why it's happening." The reporter said.
"But the thing is… Everyone is quickly adapting to the new norms. Even if it is so sudden. Everyone adapted." The reporter added.
Then the news shows the last two weeks of the accident before.
"The accident before is now being controlled. There were still people buried under or on the train. Most of them died. Luckily, some survived the accident. The cashier at the station said that there were exactly only 28 passengers who took the train." The other news reporter said.
Ash sighs. He seems lucky to be one of those who survived. He knows very well her sister survived, too. Then the news suddenly spoke up.
"Although the casualties were at 12. Its high, considering that the total number of people who boarded the train is 28. It is very sad and the CEO of the train company apologized publicly. And it wouldn't happen again."
Ash sighs again. He is relieved that it will not happen again.
