She strides toward the forest her footsteps slow and noisy with the crumbling sound of leaves beneath her feet, she stepped in the shadows of the forest created by tree because of the moon that illuminated on the trees, the forest was dark because of the clouds that shrouded the moon blocking its glistening light, and the forest less brightened the dark shadows shrouding the surroundings of the forest ground.
Walking into the woods, her blonde hair which was flapping backwards with some strands of hair entering her lips getting ruffled by the air, she took of the ribbon that was laced and hinged on her dress chest, unlacing the ribbon to make it a straightened cloth, pulling all the strand of hair backwards and gathering all her hair with one hand, her other hand neatly placing the silky cloth on it and she tied it neatly into a ponytail, with the sternness of the surroundings she felt anxious and awkward, staring at the dark shadows of the forest, she felt eerisome, her eyes hovering around the forest, "where is this person, I feel so afraid, was this forest always this scary.." the wind was brutal blowing all corners of the forest, the breeze entering her body causing goosebumps on her skin, she hugged her self because of the chill breeze that wash over her body that has already caught the cold.
She heard the sound of owl howling at the top of the tree branches, another drastic wind blew and few number of owls and crows howled as their wings flapped at the same time making a irked noise that made her to raise her chin in fear, she saw the birds leaving towards the sky, "phew they were just birds, was I afraid to this extent, it's dark so it's natural, but why don't I feel like I am not afraid of the dark when its comes to this particular forest? " She asked her self still hugging herself and still talking unknown routes, before she could get to the middle of the dark forest she head a sharp rustle behind her.
"Whose that, is that you? " Her voice calm, steady with a hint of anxiousness," hearing no response she shrugged thinking it was just some rat and continued walking but she heard the rustle again, her head turned behind her without turning her bodd, this time it stopped when she stared back and she noticed it was doing it on purpose, 'this can't be a n animal?' she thought searching for the person lurking behind the shadows of the trees.
"Can you stop the noise and just come forward, " she heard no response, "unless you are afraid? " Her voice sharp and calm and a silhouette figure appeared behind the dark corner of a tree, it's red eyes glimmering brightly at her, his fangs visibly seen because he opened his mouth that dropped out blood from them. The person was indistinct but she knew the person wasn't hiding anymore, she squinted her eyes wanting to concentrate on the person walking close to her.
"Walk into the light so I can see you, " she suggested and finally the silhouette figure revealed himself, stepping on the part where the moon brightly illuminated on ground, since the moon was not shrouded by the clouds anymore it revealed it's light to every angle of the forest where they was space, so the part where the person was they were light, that came directly from the moon.
"I have stepped onto the light like you suggested," the rogue vampire said with a sinful grin on his sinful lips. "So prepare for you will be my last meal for tonight, " he brought out his fangs with blood dripping tediously out of it, his lips was covered with blood and the corner of his lips too, it was obvious that he has just taken a meal from somewhere else.
'feast? Am I some kind of meal, he just said that and I am the last is he implying that he has ate some people before, " she stared at the person, noticing the red eyes and fangs, she has seen this in a movie before, she tried racking her brains and remembered it was from a vampire series movie that she has seen someone like this, "is this a Halloween costume because I saw few others appearing like this not too long ago, " she thought.
"Is this a costume because i know the tricks people fo in the forest, so quit playing and pull out those fancy fangs, " she told him with and the vampire raised his brow unaware of what she was talking about.
"Why should I be wasting my time talking to you and if you want to know am real or not, " since he knows she was able to see him completely in the dark, his eyes changed to normal and then fluctuates to red.
'"what the hell...is that a trick or what it was actually pretty good, " she beamed at her word but she noticed the persons calm face turned into a frown and seriousness in his eyes. "Was that real?"
"There i no use answering now after killing you so stop talking you gawky human, " the vampire tilted his head and his spreads his fingers revealing the sharp claws that was representing his nails jumping towards her.
"Ahhhhh!!" noticing how high he jumped she quickly ducked the attack, and the vampire missed. "Shit, " he cursed out. "I thought this was used to scare others why does this particular looks real and terrifying, what did I do by coming here, " she continued running her legs trembling but steady on the ground as she stomped on the dried leaves that fell from the tree branches.
Continuous rustling of leaves was heard followed by heavy footsteps in the forest, the vampire pounced on tree bark and jumping on it from one bark to the other, her head was too heavy to look backwards to observe the dressed like vampire, She couldn't emphasize if it was real or not, it looked real but it might still be fake, Rowan said it was just to scare them and Halloween was to scare people but why were this dressed vampire going too far was.is he a real vampire?
They walked up to the security guard that was not too far away from them and Amber came forward to ask, "did you hear it? a human is in the forest, " feeling a presence she drifted her eyes towards the person who owns the aura and saw it was Mr Martinez, whose hands was buried on his side pocket and walking towards them and he heard what she said one of his brow raised followed by a unpleasant look plastered on his face 'makes it more interesting,' she thought with a vulgar smirk.
He walked up to them and a unpleasant and aggravating expression on his face as his black eyes sombre and gloomy a mixture of dismal and melancholy as he glared at them through his unblemish framed glasses, "what did you say? A human in the forest?" One of his brow slightly raised quizzically as amber smirked with one part of her lips slightly reaching the corner of her mouth lips that her smart plan is taking action.
