Chapter 1 - The Eye Above

The Earth was no longer as humanity had once known it.

With relentless advancements in technology, ceaseless scientific breakthroughs, and spiraling biological research, the world had transformed—shaped by countless wars that nearly drove humankind to extinction.

At the edge of annihilation, when the world stood one step away from utter ruin, it was not the most powerful nations, nor politicians, revolutionaries, or zealots who claimed victory.

It was the unnoticed.

The minds.

They called themselves The Phoenix Movement—a secret alliance of the most brilliant minds ever born. Not soldiers, not politicians, but scientists who saw the truth: the world was dying, either from war or from the relentless depletion of its resources.

And so they vanished—not in fear, but in preparation.

From the shadows, they worked in silence, crafting their masterpiece: The Devourer, a sophisticated digital virus.

Its sole purpose: to infiltrate every electronic system on the planet, regardless of its defenses.

Creating the virus was not the true challenge.

The true battle was in convincing—or coercing—every hacker, security expert, and software architect to join their cause.

No one knows exactly how they did it. But they succeeded.

And when they unleashed The Devourer, nothing could stop it.

It wormed its way into military networks, power grids, nuclear command chains, and government databases.

With a few calculated provocations and torrents of misinformation, the world erupted into a global war unlike any before.

The world burned.

And the Phoenix soared.

They steered the war from behind the scenes. Entire nations were erased, others were conquered, some were forced to unite. Alliances rose and fell like waves.

And when the moment was right, the Phoenix Movement revealed itself to the world.

But it was already too late to resist.

Leaders were assassinated, systems dismantled, opposition obliterated.

What followed was the greatest purge in modern history.

Yet with this terrible cost came a new order: the unification of the Earth under one dominion.

A new name was given to the world: Kemet — The One Earth, under One Rule.

But peace was fleeting.

The founders of the Phoenix Movement gathered once more, questioning how to preserve this fragile new world for centuries to come.

They realized that after their deaths, new wars would inevitably rise—and with them, the collapse of all they had built.

Yet they disagreed on the path forward.

Some demanded investment in biological immortality.

Others insisted on domination through artificial intelligence and data systems.

Another faction believed in psychological manipulation and mass influence.

And the final group turned to genetic control and engineered evolution.

Their solution: divide the world.

Four regions. Four families. Four philosophies.

And so were born:

The House of Osirys – masters of bioengineering and longevity.

The House of Zynta – architects of AI and digital supremacy.

The House of Valeria – rulers of minds, perception, and emotion.

The House of Nyrval – sovereigns of genes, evolution, and manipulation.

Cities transformed into towers of glass and steel, watched by sleepless eyes.

Above them flew drones that lit the skies and surveyed every breath, every whisper.

In this new world, there were no nations. No borders.

Only the Four Families.

And the people whispered:

"If you seek life, earn Osirys' favor.

If you seek thought, walk in Zynta's temples.

If you seek to be heard, open your heart to Valeria.

If you seek to be forgotten… enter Nyrval's labs."

In a high chamber, beyond the clouds that veiled the great capital, the High Council of the Families convened.

A place unreachable by flight or signal.

Just being here meant you no longer stood in the world... but above it.

Each of the Four sat on a throne designed for their legacy:

Isis, robed in gold, her crown shaped like an ancient all-seeing eye — head of Osirys, guardian of life extension.

Arman, fused with his neural chip, skin pulsing with processor light — leader of Zynta, the digital oracle.

Eliana, the woman who never spoke, yet whose smile silenced rooms — matriarch of Valeria, the mistress of minds.

Saif, whose eyes were a void, absent of emotion — patriarch of Nyrval, the architect of engineered bloodlines.

But today's meeting was not about war, nor power.

It was about heirs.

A new generation was rising.

Born of power, trained in perfection, skilled in both control and rebellion.

And at the center of this storm stood two names.

👤 Eastern Wing – Osirys Territory

Before a mirror of silver alloy, Lian Osirys stood in her ceremonial armor.

Eighteen years old. Brilliant. Composed. Wounded in ways no scalpel could reach.

Her amber eyes flickered only when confronted with unspeakable truths.

A servant entered, voice trembling:

— "My lady... surveillance confirms the heir of Zynta will attend tonight's scientific summit."

She did not answer.

She stared into the mirror and whispered, as if to her reflection:

"Ron... you're returning to my orbit.

Should I kill you?

Or let my heart betray everything for you?"

👤 Digital Core – Zynta Tower

Ron Zynta lived in a world of code.

A prodigy in neural hacking, builder of cognitive weapons, a prince among machines.

He spoke softly to his personal AI:

— "Erase the surveillance logs for the summit. No one should know I'm attending."

The AI responded:

— "Is it for Lian?"

Ron smiled faintly—an expression not seen in years:

"If fire is our fate... then I am ready to burn."

That night, at a summit broadcast to the entire world...

Their paths would cross again.

Not as enemies.

Not as lovers.

But as strangers who knew too much of each other.

And for the first time in years,

a sacred law of the families was about to be broken:

Eyes would meet.

Words would nearly be spoken.

Yet beneath the shadows,

behind the pillars of the summit,

a fifth eye watched.

An eye that belonged to no family.

And answered to no law.
