Tonight marks Bella's birthday celebration, and Sheira, along with all the Heroic Group employees, has been invited to Reynaldo's home for the occasion. Sheira is taken aback by the lavishness of Bella's party, filled with numerous guests, including not only Rey's employees but also Bella's friends. Despite the festive atmosphere, Sheira feels out of place. As she observes the couple, Rey and Bella, showcasing their affection publicly by singing a birthday song and sharing cake—with Bella feeding Rey—Sheira can't shake the feeling of guilt for being a third wheel in their seemingly perfect relationship. Distracted by her thoughts, she is jolted when Zeny lightly taps her shoulder.
"Mr. Arsen is here and wants to see Ma'am Bella in the back garden," Zeny whispers.
Surprised, Sheira replies, "Mr. Arsen is here?"
"Keep it down, Sheira," Zeny cautions. "He came quietly and just wants to meet Bella. Can you take her there? I'll keep Rey occupied."
"Okay, I'll do my best."
"Good luck, and thank you, Sheira." With a deep breath, Sheira looks at Bella, who is chatting and rubbing her visibly pregnant belly. She isn't sure how to get Bella to meet Arsen, but she's determined to try.
"Hi, Ma'am Bella," Sheira greets as she approaches.
"Hi, Sheira! I'm glad you came!" Bella responds warmly.
"I just wanted to wish you a happy birthday. I hope you have a long and healthy life for you, your baby, and all the best for you," Sheira says sincerely.
"Thank you, Sheira," Bella replies, smiling.
"Are you feeling a bit stuffy here? Isn't it crowded, especially since you're pregnant?" Sheira strategically inquires.
"I am happy to see everyone, but I'm also feeling a bit tired from standing too long," Bella admits.
"I'd love to accompany you to get some fresh air in the garden, if that's alright?" Sheira suggests.
Bella nods, and Sheira feels a surge of triumph for successfully leading Bella away. As they stroll through the back garden, Sheira scans the area for Arsen. Soon, a man appears, holding a bouquet of flowers, gifts, and a cake with a lit candle.
"Bella," he calls softly.
Bella stops, squinting in recognition. "Arsen?"
"Yes, it's me," he replies with a smile that lights up the dim garden.
"What are you doing here? My husband will misunderstand if he sees you!" Bella snaps, her voice tense.
"Bella, I just wanted to share in your special day and celebrate your birthday," Arsen says gently.
"I'm tired of your behavior, Arsen. Our relationship ended long ago. I'm married now, and can't you see I'm pregnant?" Bella retorts angrily.
"Please, let me stay until you blow out the candle and accept my gift," Arsen persists.
"No way!" Bella brushes aside the cake, causing it to crumble. Arsen watches sadly as the remains of the cake fall, while Bella storms off, leaving him behind.
"Are you okay, sir?" Sheira asks, feeling a pang of sorrow for Arsen's distress.
"Forgive Ma'am Bella," he replies, still smiling, revealing the pain behind it.
"It's unfortunate that your friend's cake ended up like that," Arsen adds, a hint of regret in his voice.
"Let me have a bite, it's not wasted!" Sheira says, squatting down to taste a bit of the fallen cake.
"Don't do that!" Arsen exclaims, but it's too late. Sheira has already popped a piece into her mouth, smiling as she savors it.
"It's delicious and sweet," she beams, bringing a faint smile to Arsen's face amidst his disappointment.
Unbeknownst to her, Rey has been watching the interaction between Sheira and Arsen from afar, hidden beneath a tree. His fists clench with jealousy as he observes Sheira's laughter with his rival.
Just as Sheira turns back towards Rey's house to rejoin her friends, she feels a firm hand grasp her arm, pulling her into a corner. Startled, she gasps when she realizes it's Rey.
"Mr. Rey?" she exclaims. "Let me go, I need to—" But Rey pulls her closer, pushing her back against the wall, causing her to wince in pain.
"What's your intention?" he demands, his icy demeanor evident.
"What do you mean?"
"Are you trying to win Arsen's heart by seeking his attention?" Rey accuses sharply. Sheira frowns in confusion but comes to realize that Rey must have seen her and Arsen together in the garden.
"That's not what I'm doing! You're misunderstanding everything! Why do you insist on meddling in others' lives?"
"Don't change the subject! You like Arsen, don't you? That's why you're willing to become a third wheel in my marriage. Isn't that right, Sheira?" Rey's grip on her wrist tightens, exposing his anger.
Sheira shakes her head vigorously. "I have never liked Mr. Arsen."
"Then why should I believe you?" Rey retorts.
Annoyed, Sheira meets his piercing gaze defiantly. "I'm not asking for your trust. I just want to clarify that I feel sorry for Mr. Arsen, but I'm not interested in him."
Rey studies her with disdain. "How dare you look at me like that?"
"Ah!" Sheira cries out as Rey tightens his hold further.
"You need to be punished," he declares, opening a nearby door and dragging her inside. She tries to resist, but Rey's strength overpowers her.
"Mr. Rey, this is your wife's birthday party! How can you do this?" Sheira appeals to any lingering sense of empathy.
Yet Rey ignores her pleas, forcefully throwing her onto the bed and climbing on top of her. "Women like you don't have the right to question me," he asserts, his face hovering close as he grips her chin, demanding her attention.
"Just submit to what I want, understand?"
Sheira's body trembles in fear as her mind races back to their previous encounters, leaving her anxious about Rey's intentions. Would he treat her harshly again?
