Prologue
Millions of years ago, the universe was born from three primordial forces:Darkness, the Ruin.Light, the Order.Chaos, the Balance.
Three warriors were entrusted with the burden of these powers:Lucius, Bearer of Light.Tyrus, of the Darkness. Nion, the First of Chaos.
They became known as the Trinity of Yon.
But Tyrus rebelled, declaring war against all creation.He founded the Order of Tyrus, a dark organization sworn to destroy humanity and rewrite the universe under the rule of Ruin.
Then came Ray Stormbreak, the legendary hero.And even he, in all his glory, could not end the threat.
So the world's hope passed to a new name:Inavy Stormbreak, the Son of Chaos, Ray's Legacy.
Inavy defeated Tyrus in a battle that shook dimensions.And at last, peace returned.…But for how long?
Scene 1 – Central Hero Academy
The sun shone over the sleek courtyard of the Central Hero Academy.Silver uniforms gleamed among suspended gardens, glass corridors, and high-tech training zones.
Among the students walked Ryan Valeborn, a sixteen-year-old boy.Slender, messy brown hair, bright and observant eyes.In his arms, he carried an old encyclopedia:"The Legacy of a Hero."
"...Inavy Stormbreak, the world's greatest hero, sealed the Order of Tyrus and restored peace..."
— "Well, well, if it isn't the no-aura kid," mocked a voice behind him.
Two students approached.
— "Still thinks he'll be a hero. What's he gonna save? A cat in a tree?" said the second, shoving Ryan.
He fell to his knees. Didn't fight back. Just clenched his fists.
— "I don't need your approval," he muttered.
Another shove was coming—
ZZZZZT!A crimson bolt scorched the ground between them.
— "That's enough."
The voice was cold and firm.Ethan Stormbreak, son of Inavy, stood there.
The bullies froze. Ethan twirled a dagger between his fingers.
— "Touch him again, and you'll need a healer. Or a coffin."
They ran off.
Ryan slowly stood, stunned.
— "You're… Ethan?"
— "I am. But watch your step, Ryan."— "Heroes rise where no one expects them." he said, turning away, sparks trailing behind him.
Scene 2 – Classroom
The teacher called out names.
— "Ethan Stormbreak?"
— "Present…" he replied, not even lifting his head.
"Again… the comparisons. Ray, Inavy, Ron... When will they see me as Ethan?" he thought.
— "Ryu Nox?"
— "HEEEREEE!" a sleepy voice shouted.
Ryu, son of Kelvin Nox, stood up yawning.
— "Nox...? Could he be Kelvin Nox's son from the Guild of a Thousand Lights?" students whispered.
Ryu just grinned and waved dramatically.
— "Kane Jayson?"
— "Present." replied the boy with red eyes, cold as frost.
"Son of billionaire Trent Jayson... linked to Lorien's tech guild..."
Ryan listened in silence.
"I'm in a room full of monsters… Will I ever be on their level?"
— "Ryan Valeborn?"
— "Present." he said, shyly.
Kane muttered loudly:
— "Valeborn? More like Zero-Aura-born!"
Laughter echoed around the room. But before Ryan could respond—
— "You think you're funny, huh Jayson?" said Ryu, standing up.
— "Oh yeah? What are you gonna do about it?" Kane provoked.
— "Beat the hell out of you. That's what."
— "ENOUGH!" yelled the teacher.— "Both of you, to the principal's office!"
Scene 3 – Outside the Office
Ryan tried to say something to Ryu, but before he could—
Ethan appeared.
— "Relax, Ryan. Ryu just did what he thought was right. He's too impulsive. Doesn't even seem like Kelvin Nox's kid."
— "You've known each other for long?"
— "Known that face since diapers. Childhood friends. Blame our parents."
Ryan hesitated.
— "Must be nice… having heroes as family."
Ethan took a deep breath.
— "Not always. Sometimes, it's better to be recognized for your own achievements."— "Being a Stormbreak isn't easy."
Ryan said nothing.
A moment later, Ryu came out of the office, smiling.
— "Yo! Ryan, right?— Name's Ryu Nox. Nice to meet you."
They shook hands. Ethan walked over.
— "So, what happened in there?"
— "One day suspension." Ryu shrugged.— "Kane? Three weeks for inciting bullying. Sucks to be him."
— "Wanna head home?" asked Ethan.
— "Let's go! Ryan, you coming with us?"
— "We're hitting the mall! The Witcher 4 just dropped!" said Ryu, hyped.
Ryan hesitated… but nodded.
At the mall, Ryu bought a stack of games. Ethan got a new console.Ryan, however, didn't buy anything.
— "Not getting anything?" asked Ethan.
— "I don't have a console..."
Ryu smiled, pulled a brand-new one from his bag, and handed it to Ryan.
— "Now you do. Let's play online!"
Scene 4 – Sunset, Way Home
— "The Draft's in seven months," said Ryu.— "Ready to train, Ethan?"
— "Finally. A week off's been killing me."
Ryu looked at Ryan.
— "You gonna sign up? Wanna train with us?"
Ryan hesitated.
— "I… I'd only hold you guys back."
Ryu lightly smacked his shoulder.
— "Hold us back? C'mon, man. Trust yourself."
Ryan took a deep breath… and smiled.
"Even if I wasn't born a prodigy… even if I have to work twice as hard…I won't give up.I have a dream—To become a hero."
