Selene nodded. "He needs us."
Evelyne stood. "Let's go."
Selene hesitated.
"I made a promise," she said quietly. "I'll go check on the others. They should be near Velcira by now."
Evelyne placed a hand on her shoulder. "Be quick."

Just two hours had passed.
Thalaria, Valeria, and Nysera walked through a lush valley path leading to the coastal town of Velcira. The three had slowed down their pace after feeling faint soul ripples.
"So you're saying you felt him again?" Nysera asked Thalaria, her eyes curious.
Thalaria gave a firm nod. "It wasn't just him. I felt lightning laws bending unnaturally—something big is happening inside the Sacred Dimension."
Valeria adjusted her gloves, eyes scanning the horizon. "If he's breaking through again so soon, he's either reckless… or stronger than we thought."
"Both," Thalaria said with a smirk.
Suddenly, a silver shimmer broke the trees—Selene appeared, calm but clearly winded.
"You all look well," she said, looking over each of them.

Kael buried his blade deep into the Warlord's ribcage. The beast howled, molten fists lashing out. Kael ducked and countered with a backstep elbow into the creature's skull.
