## Episode 5: The Gate of Remnants
Pain. That was the first thing Eden felt.
Raw, searing pain flooded his entire body, as though lightning had torn through every vein. He gasped and clutched his chest, fingers twitching, heart pounding like a war drum. His limbs trembled violently. He wasn't sure if he was alive or dead — only that something inside him had changed.
He opened his eyes to find himself in a dimly lit chamber, glowing faintly with ancient runes etched into stone walls. Cold, damp air stung his lungs. This wasn't the training arena. This wasn't even the infirmary.
> "Where… where am I?" he whispered.
His voice echoed, lost in the silence.
Then, without warning — visions struck.
A burning battlefield. Screams of war. Men in black cloaks bearing glowing sigils. A tall figure in a tattered crown, wielding a blade made of shadows. Blood. Fire. Ruins.
And in the center of it all — a boy, younger than Eden, standing defiantly before a collapsing gate that pulsed with violet light.
> "My prince…" a woman's voice said in his mind, soft and broken. "You must awaken… before it's too late."
Eden clutched his head, falling to his knees. The pain in his skull was unbearable. The vision faded, leaving him sweating and gasping.
> "That voice again," he whispered. "Why does she keep calling me prince? What does this even mean?"
A door opened somewhere behind him.
Footsteps
