Dazai tried to fight but before he could do anything he and the girl were stabbed and left there to die but before they could die the game master teleported them into his world. Where they were in other people's body. Dazai had no idea what's happening and where is he after seeing in the mirror he found out that he was completely different now he dark brown hair and eyes his body was completely fit and perfect soon after observing his body he came out of the room and saw he completely alone and there was nothing there besides a card on the table it was a jokers card upon picking it he was again teleported into another room where there was a person standing infront of him. He introduced himself as the games instructor and told Dazai to show his card upon seeing his card the instructor was completely shocked and said how can this be you are not one of the other 50. How can you be the joker? No one has ever gotten the joker. He shouldn't exist in these games. In what games Dazai asked and where am I? You will soon find out take your card and take that door out and dont reveal your card to anyone and good luck to you. Lets see who wins this time. Dazai took his card and went through the door. After entering the door he saw more people's coming from different rooms aside from dazai there were 13 people coming from different rooms all in shock and were as shocked as Dazai was. After that an announcement happen by a mysterious person "that they are in the clovers gambit and they will need to win the games to set free and live there life"

Dazai was an ordinary college student, living an unremarkable life with no excitement or purpose—just the same routine, every single day. Nothing ever changed.

That is, until everything did.

One evening, as he walked home from college, he stumbled upon a horrifying scene. In a dimly lit alley, a group of thugs had cornered a terrified young girl. Their voices were cruel, their intentions worse.

> "Do what we say," one of them hissed, "or we'll make this the last night of your life."

They laughed, telling her to walk silently into the alley. "Let's have some fun," another sneered.

Without thinking, Dazai rushed in. Adrenaline surged through him.

He swung his backpack at one thug's face, sending him stumbling back. Then he drove his fist into the second thug's jaw. Without missing a beat, he grabbed the girl's hand and bolted.

The thugs roared and chased after them.

The two ran through narrow streets, turning blindly, but it was no use. They ended up in a dead-end alley, walls on all sides. The thugs surrounded them, breathing hard, their knives glinting under the faint streetlight.

Dazai stepped forward to protect the girl, fists clenched, but before he could act—

Pain.

A sharp, searing stab. Then another.

He collapsed beside the girl, blood pooling beneath them. Vision fading. Breath weakening. Life slipping—

But just before death could claim them...

The world shattered.

The Game Begins

When Dazai opened his eyes again, everything was... wrong.

He was in a body that wasn't his.

Stumbling to a mirror nearby, he stared in shock. His reflection showed someone else—a man with dark brown hair, intense eyes, and a perfectly toned body. Dazai didn't recognize the face, but somehow, the soul inside was still his.

Panicked, he explored the room. It was eerily empty. No windows. Just a single table. On it lay one card:

A Joker.

As soon as he touched it, light enveloped him again. The room twisted, and he was teleported to another chamber, where a tall figure stood waiting.

"I am the Games Instructor," the figure said flatly. "Show me your card."

Dazai hesitated, then revealed the Joker.

The instructor's expression froze. For a moment, he didn't speak. Then he stepped back.

> "This… shouldn't be possible. You're not one of the fifty-two. The Joker has never been drawn before. You shouldn't exist in these games."

Dazai blinked, overwhelmed. "What games? Where am I?"

The instructor ignored the question. "You'll find out soon enough. Take your card. Go through that door. And… whatever you do, don't reveal your card to anyone."

He smirked.

> "Good luck, wildcard. Let's see who wins this time."

Clovers Gambit

Dazai opened the door.

More doors surrounded a massive circular room, and from each, people began stepping out—thirteen in total. All of them looked just as confused and shaken as Dazai.

Before anyone could speak, a distorted voice echoed across the room, chilling their blood:

> "Welcome, contestants. You have entered the first trial: The Clover's Gambit. Win the game… or lose everything. Your freedom. Your memories. Your life."

Dazai looked down at the Joker card in his hand.

He didn't know where he was.

He didn't know who the others were.

But one thing was certain:

He wasn't like the rest.

And that made him dangerous.
