Synopsis
"world of beasts, devils, and ancient gods — only defiance survives." In a world where Martial Souls dictate fate, and ancient clans weave bloodlines into destiny’s loom, the weak are nothing but dust beneath the boots of the powerful. Chen Tian was born in the lowest of realms, a forgotten village swallowed by fog and decay. His name was a curse, his existence an afterthought. In a land where your worth is forged by the Martial Soul you awaken, he was granted the lowest — a fragile, flickering Soul River Grade sword, unworthy even of mockery. Fate, however, is a cruel beast. On the day his soul shattered and death claimed him, a remnant of a bygone calamity descended. Hei Xuan, the fallen Demon Emperor of the heavens — bearer of the Void Abyss Eclipse Eye and the Reincarnation Six Path Eye — was dragged through the void and reborn within Chen Tian’s dying husk. What should have been the end… became a cursed beginning. Now, two wills share one body: A boy who refuses to kneel, and an immortal devil too proud to perish. Martial Souls clash. Immortal Eye Arts awaken. Soul Beasts roam. Ancient Clans hunger. In a realm where bloodlines dictate law and heaven’s will suffocates the weak, a single ember dares to ignite. This is the story of a forsaken boy who will carve his name into the bones of heaven. Not for vengeance. Not for glory. But to prove that even the smallest flame… can burn the sky.

Chapter 1 - 1

Above a sea of stars frozen in eternal darkness, deep within the ancient void where the laws of the universe dared not reach, stretched a battlefield long erased from the annals of fate. That night, a thousand immortal suns hung dim in the hollow heavens, their light like flickering candles snuffed by silent winds. The winds of time halted. Rivers of stars turned to stone. The ocean of nothingness stirred faintly, as if the universe itself knew — tonight did not belong to the gods. Tonight belonged to annihilation.

At the heart of that ruin, Emperor Hei Xuan stood alone upon the crimson Void Sea. His body drenched in eternal blood, every drop birthing miniature dimensions that collapsed before they were born. In his surviving eye, the Void Abyss Eclipse Eye still flickered weakly. Fractures of law spun around his pupil, as if the universe rejected his existence, yet could not fully extinguish its flame. Behind him, the Dark Night Phoenix howled. Its eight wings torn, one shattered into black fragments like the cursed ashes of fallen stars. Each shard bore an eternal oath, said to devour three thousand realms with a mere touch.

The sky trembled. Four immortal suns fell, leaving gaping voids that devoured mortal souls into the belly of nothingness. Upon the wreckage of stars stood the Ancestral Martial Sovereigns and Primordial Martial Deities. Their eyes gleamed like dimensional mirrors, reflecting a thousand shattered fates. At their vanguard, Fang Jiang — Emperor of the Endless Night — stood firm. Behind him, the Heavenly Eye Falcon unfurled its colossal wings. Each feather a blade of dimension, each glimmer of its gaze revealing a thousand deaths for Hei Xuan. Its massive form cloaked in argent silver plumage, reflecting starlight, and upon its tail hung seven thousand immortal souls, suspended and bleeding through history.

"The end has come, Hei Xuan."

Fang Jiang's voice was heavy, like an eternal hammer striking the gates of time. He raised his hand, forming a mudra that severed laws. The Heavenly Eye Falcon shot forth, a streak of void lightning. The wings of the Dark Night Phoenix ripped apart, shattering into thousands of dark law fragments, scattered across all directions.

From the other side, Empress Yu Hengye, Eternal Queen of the Night, stepped forward. Her form a living embodiment of endless darkness. Her obsidian gown like a sea of stars in motion. At her feet, the Ancient Moon Wolf padded silently, its silver fur reflecting starlight. Its eyes twin blood-red moons. When it howled, the sound tore through seven layers of dimension, shaking both the immortal realms and mortal worlds alike. Behind Empress Yu Hengye, sigils of law rotated in solemn procession.

"Your death shall be written by my hand, Hei Xuan."

No battle cries. No roars of valor. Only the sound of falling laws.

Upon the wreckage of the heavens, Emperor Wu Heng stood atop the shattered ruins of stars. His Infernal Hellfire Pupil blazed crimson-black, a pupil flickering with the flames of annihilation. Every gaze seared through the souls of realms. Primal hellfire flared around him, unquenched by law, unshaken by void.

"Seven hundred thousand kalpas have been enough. This world has no place for you."

Elsewhere, Emperor Bai Cang — wielder of the Heaven's Severance Eye — stood upon a vortex of law. His left eye empty, his right gleaming with silver-blue light. His pupil radiating severing beams of law. In his hand, a sword forged from the shattered fragments of space and time.

"With a single gaze, I shall sever your bond with every law of this world."

The sky dimmed. In the far distance, a primordial black hole opened. The Void Abyss Leviathan prowled within the folds of dimension, in its maw hundreds of immortal souls flickered like dying stars.

"I refuse… I refuse… Demons will always triumph over gods!"

The Heavenly Demon Emperor burned his soul, sacrificing what remained of his life for the Heaven Demonic Slaughter Sword — the demon blade that had followed him down the path of darkness for hundreds of thousands of kalpas. A memory surfaced. A humble home in the mortal realm. Young Hei Xuan chasing through fields of flowers. The sun bright. White clouds smiling down.

"Xuan'er! It's noon — still playing?"

A young woman. A gentle smile. A broom in hand. Hope shining in her eyes, fated to be shattered. Young Hei Xuan laughed. The woman smiled faintly.

That day, blood was spilled. His mother murdered by a heretic cultivator. The child dragged her corpse, not yet understanding death. The world shifted. His hands stained crimson. Kalpa after kalpa carved with vengeance. Slaughtering gods. Defying fate. Remembered as the Heavenly Demon Emperor.

Another fragment of memory lingered.

"Xuan'er, when you become strong… what will you do with your strength?"

Young Hei Xuan thought deeply, tapping his chin.

"I'll live forever and never die, Mother."

The woman smiled.

"Heavenly Demonic Slaughter… open."

The battlefield darkened. The Dark Night Phoenix howled once more as its body tore apart. Hei Xuan dropped to his knees, breath ragged. His hand clutched his chest. The Void Abyss Eclipse Eye flickered, refusing to shatter. The Five Emperors moved. Light, darkness, heavenly tribulation, primal fire — all gathered. A colossal dimensional vortex formed.

The sky collapsed. Time ceased. The universe bled.

"Hei Xuan…"

A bitter laugh escaped him.

All this time… he had forgotten.

Not immortality. Not dominion.

But to protect.

The Void Abyss Eclipse Eye cracked. The Dark Night Phoenix shrieked. With one burst, the Five Emperors were flung back. The demon blade rose.

"That…"

Fang Jiang choked.

It was not a demonic art.

Not a divine technique.

It was…

"Old wine poured. Stars bear witness. One slash… the world falls silent."

The Heaven Demonic Slaughter cleaved through the heavens. Color vanished. Black and white blanketed existence. As though a brush painting upon a blank canvas.

"A cup of wine drowns a thousand grudges. Half a life spent in storm… why chase eternity."

The sky exploded.

Immortal stars crumbled.

The Dark Night Phoenix wailed, its body becoming a rain of black feathers.

"This slash… is not for immortality."

A step forward. A tattered body. The Void Abyss Eclipse Eye shattered.

A flicker of flame within his pupil.

"…but for my mother… and the child I never held."

The Heaven Demonic Slaughter drew its line across the void.

The heavens, the star seas, the Void Abyss split asunder.

The world divided: eternal black, and endless white.

"That's… the Forbidden Ancestral Style!"

Fang Jiang screamed.

The Eternal Severance of All Things.

"I, Hei Xuan… cleave this world… not to live — but to erase hatred."

The Five Emperors were hurled away. Their immortal bodies broken. Their souls flung aside. The Void Abyss Leviathan roared, its flesh consumed. Void Flame devoured the ancient beast.

The sky wept.

Time halted.

Dimensions tore apart.

In his final moment, Hei Xuan gazed upon the sea of stars.

"If one day… a mortal child inherits my will… grant them a path."

His body disintegrated. Merged with the void.

The Heaven Demonic Slaughter remained, impaled within the Void Abyss, an eternal monument of nothingness. And in the distance… a single white petal drifted down.

The petal young Hei Xuan once picked for his mother.

The heavens cracked. Time ceased to flow. Rivers of stars froze into silver paths hanging in the void. No sound remained. No wind of time. Only lingering ripples of dimension trembling faintly, reluctant to touch the battlefield soaked in ancestral blood. The void sea moaned softly, writhing like a dying body of the cosmos. Eternal mist floated, veiling the irreparable scars of the world. Fragile dimensions drifted like shards of shattered mirrors, reflecting the ruins of what had come.

At its heart, the Heaven Demonic Slaughter stood proud, unmoving, unyielding. Its blade pierced through dimensions, creating a permanent fracture in the ancient void. Around it, the sea of Void Flame still danced, though its master was gone. Violet-black fire flickered slowly, burning the laws of air, erasing particles of time. From afar, a lone white petal drifted, weaving through dimensional debris, wandering aimlessly upon the sea of emptiness. Within each petal shimmered the faint image of a laughing child beneath the morning sky — a soul long forgotten by the world.

Far across the void horizon, the surviving Immortal Emperors remained motionless. Their bodies shattered, their souls torn. Infernal Hellfire still scorched half of Wu Heng's form. Fang Jiang's right arm was severed. Yu Hengye stood upon the wreckage of a star, her eyes hollow as she stared into the slowly turning vortex of law. None cheered for victory. None celebrated Hei Xuan's death. For they knew, the war had never truly ended. Only one body was lost. His hatred, his curse, his will, and his fury still echoed through the bones of the world.

In the distance, the dying Void Abyss Leviathan groaned. Its body split open, Void Venom mixed with immortal blood seeping into lakes of nothingness. Hundreds of immortal souls trapped within its maw faded, becoming fragments of light before vanishing. The primordial black hole remained open. No law could seal it. The eternal vortex left as a mark for future generations, a silent witness that once here — the cosmos bled.

The sky no longer shone. Four immortal suns left as hollow shells. Their light extinguished, leaving only white embers within the dark mist. Fallen dimensions overlapped, forming ruins of space and time. Broken laws drifted like tattered threads, and amidst them, the echo of Hei Xuan's voice lingered.

"If one day… a mortal child inherits my will… grant them a path."

That whisper, like a curse, trembled through the veins of the universe, seeping to the depths of the Void Abyss, into every fracture of nothingness. Time staggered back into motion, but its steps limped. The Immortal Emperors slowly turned away, one by one averting their gaze from a battlefield that left no victor. The Dark Night Phoenix had turned to ash. The once-feared Void Abyss Eclipse Eye now nothing but a faint crack in the air.

The tale was sealed. Buried within the deepest layers of the Void Abyss. Forbidden to speak. Forbidden to write. Forbidden to remember. The ancestors recorded it in hidden tomes, not to be passed down, but to be forgotten. For in their hearts, they all knew… no matter how deeply a wound is buried — an eternal will never truly fades.

Far away, beyond seven shattered dimensions, the lone white petal still danced.

Silent. Vanishing. Eternal.
