Mike wakes up in the body of a reptilian creature on a savage world. To survive, he must kill and consume other creatures—each meal evolving his body into something stronger, more dangerous, and less human. Driven by the hope of returning to his wife and haunted by the life he lost, Mike climbs the food chain, but there are no answers—only silence, rage, and the voice in his mind that seems to be watching everything.
Years later, after destroying the world’s final apex predator, Mike wakes up in a hospital room. Fifteen days have passed on Earth—but in his mind, it’s been years. Scarred, feral, and changed beyond recognition, Mike may have escaped the other world… but he didn’t return as the man who left.
The world he returned to had fallen into chaos with the emergence of mythical and divine beings from history. How will Mike endure this new savage world of angels, demons and ancient gods?
