Chapter 79 - Chapter 79:6 Magatama.

After absorbing the power of the Pop Pop Fruit, Chiga put the remaining three Devil Fruits back into his Door-Door Space, then took out a small black box.

Inside the box was the heart-shaped Op-Op Fruit.

Seeing it, Kalifa and Ain stopped their chatter and leaned in, their expressions curious. After all, the Op-Op Fruit was worth a staggering five billion Berries.

It had to be said—the fruit's appearance was striking. Shaped like a delicate red heart, it had an almost hypnotic allure. Even the usually composed Kalifa couldn't help but sneak a few extra glances before asking:

"Boss, is this the one that can perform the immortality surgery?"

Chiga nodded, lifting the fruit from its case. He examined it closely, recalling its lore from the anime.

The Op-Op Fruit's abilities consumed a tremendous amount of stamina—so much that it could even shorten the user's lifespan. But for Chiga, that wasn't a concern.

He had Hashirama's cells, which meant his regeneration and vitality were already inhuman. Combined with the Ishinagahime ability in his right Mangekyō Sharingan, which granted near-limitless healing, he could maintain a ROOM for a full day without flinching.

(Ofc he have the MS, how else do you think he got the Rinnegan?)

Some said only doctors could use the Op-Op Fruit effectively—especially for the immortality operation.

That reminded Chiga of his time with Orochimaru, back in the Naruto world.

When he had lived outside of Konoha, he often spent days in Orochimaru's lab. He participated in experiments involving bloodline disorders, dissecting, and cellular research. In fact, to transplant Hashirama's cells into himself, Chiga had trained under Orochimaru and learned basic surgical procedures.

In the One Piece world, Law was a surgeon rooted in Western medicine, whereas Chopper leaned more toward holistic and herbal practices. Either way, Chiga was confident—having learned from Orochimaru, the Vegapunk of the shinobi world, his own medical foundation was more than solid.

With time, he'd undoubtedly unravel the mysteries of the immortality surgery. And with his Rinnegan, sacrificing his own life wouldn't scare him. How could the Rinnegan—an eye that governs life and death—fall short?

Still, after consuming the Op-Op Fruit, Chiga knew better than to flaunt its power openly. People already suspected his arsenal of abilities was vast, but the Op-Op Fruit's techniques were too iconic. If someone from the World Government spotted him using it, red flags would rise immediately.

After all, the Op-Op Fruit posed a threat to the Celestial Dragons' interests. The Five Elders might even act personally if they caught wind of it.

So subtlety was key.

Besides, in actual battle, it wasn't hard to prepare ahead. As long as he expanded the ROOM space before engaging an enemy, the ambient energy fluctuations wouldn't be noticeable. Once ROOM was active, it was nearly undetectable inside the area it enveloped.

Then came the fruit's combat power. Honestly, it was broken. Its range, versatility, and spatial manipulation were absurd. Within a ROOM, the user was essentially God—able to cut, swap, or alter matter and consciousness at will.

Thinking of this, Chiga shook his head and muttered, "This really is a top-tier fruit."

Without further delay, he activated the Preta Path, absorbing the Op-Op Fruit's energy.

Moments later, a sixth tomoe bloomed in his right eye.

Immediately, an oppressive aura surged from him. The walls and floors cracked as pressure burst outward. Kalifa and Ain dropped to one knee, gritting their teeth under the sudden force.

Even some high-ranking Marines at Marineford felt it.

In his office, Sengoku abruptly stood up, brows furrowed as he looked toward Chiga's quarters.

"This pressure… Conqueror's Haki?" he murmured.

Then he shook his head. As a Haki user himself, he could tell—it wasn't that.

"Chiga's strength has grown again," Sengoku muttered.

Back in the room, seeing the two women struggling, Chiga quickly shut his right eye. The crushing pressure faded.

Kalifa and Ain stood, pale and breathing heavily.

Ain even gave him a small glare.

Chiga chuckled awkwardly. He hadn't expected the six-tomoe transformation to be so overwhelming. Even for him, the surge in ocular power was difficult to control.

Clearing his throat, he slowly reopened his right eye.

Seeing that, Ain and Kalifa instinctively stepped back.

Chiga gave them a helpless look.

"I've got it under control now," he reassured.

His right eye opened again, revealing six tomoe arranged like Sasuke's Rinnegan, shimmering with a ghostly blue glow.

He raised a hand and snapped his fingers.

"ROOM."

Buzz. A vortex spun into existence where he snapped, rapidly expanding into a transparent, semi-spherical dome that enclosed them.

Kalifa and Ain looked around curiously. Ain reached out, poking at the ROOM's boundary—her hand passed through it easily.

She looked at her fingers in surprise, then turned to Chiga.

"So… what is this for, exactly?"

Chiga gave a subtle smile. He extended a palm toward the women and gently slid it sideways in the air.

The movement was slow and controlled, but still gave both women a strange, uncomfortable sensation.

Ain frowned. "Why do I feel weird…?"

Kalifa nodded. "It's like something brushed past me."

Chiga dropped his hand and spread his arms with a grin.

"You asked what the Op-Op Fruit could do. I just used its scan function to check your physical condition. Good news—you're both perfectly healthy."

Both women blushed. Kalifa opened her mouth,

"Boss, you're—"

"Stop!" Chiga interrupted, making a firm "T" gesture with his hands. "It's just like an X-ray. Professional. Clinical. Not what you're thinking."
