Renan arrived at the university building. He was completely late for his classes, but that wasn't the reason he had come there. He stood still at the entrance of the campus.
"Ah... This will take some time."
He didn't need to worry about the time, still was boring to wait.
But it felt strange to see the college hallway so empty as everyone was in their classrooms.
It was a bit lonely and he kept looking at his phone.
He had walked slowly through the city to avoid something like this, but it was better to be a little early than too late. He even wondered if the pink-haired girl would be there, since he hadn't attended class.
Finally, after what felt like an eternity, the girl appeared after the bell rang.
She smiled brightly when she noticed him in the hallway.
Renan tried not to be seen by the rest of his classmates, knowing that his friends would ask questions about him missing class, and he didn't want to waste time.
Ever since he had the vision the night before, he had been motivated to save the world.
He also understood that they would think he was starting to get crazy to interact with this weird girl.
"Did you think about what I said?" the girl asked as she approached Renan.
He moved a finger to her lips and gestured for her to follow him. There were too many people nearby, but he knew that the buildings at the back of the campus would be emptier.
Especially now that most students were happy to head home after a long day of classes.
Wendy couldn't contain herself. She grabbed Renan's arm and stared at him intensely, waiting for him to say something.
As soon as they reached the corner of the building where no one could see them, Renan confirmed what she had been hoping for since the day before.
"I need your power."
Immediately, the girl began jumping with joy and letting out little squeals.
It was strange and a bit frightening. Normally she had never show so much emotion before.
During class, despite her colorful appearance and always dressed in a very girly way, with bright clothes and cute accessories, people were afraid of her because of her vacation gaze and lack of expression or wish to have social interactions.
She truly looked happy now.
"Thank you, Master! I promise I won't let you down!"
"Okay," Renan said satisfied enough.
They stared at each other for a moment.
"What's my first order, Master?" the girl asked with a cute smile.
He hadn't really stopped to think about what exactly to order her to do.
The plan was for him and Luna to use her ability to predict the future... But there was something he wanted to ask.
"Your former master, Demian..."
"I can tell you everything you wish to know about him!" she replied without letting Renan finish.
"Alright. You can start."
