Aarav (on call): "Hello?"
Mom: "Aarav , I'm coming to your house... with your elder sister."
Aarav (shocked): "Di? She's coming here to ?"
Mom (cheerfully): "Yes! We want to see how you and your girlfriend are doing. You did say you live together, huh? We're just excited."
(Call disconnects)
(Aarav walks quickly to Bunny's room)

POV: Bunny
(Bunny is sitting at her desk)
Aarav (serious tone): "Get up. Emergency."
Bunny: "What happened?"
Aarav (sits down): "My mom and sister are coming here. They think we're a real couple."
Bunny (calmly): "Okay... so?"
Aarav: "So today we need to look convincing. Be as close as possible. You're good at pretending, right?"
Bunny (smirks): "Obviously. I'm great at pretending."
Aarav: "Then pretend we're in love."

POV: Bunny
(Doorbell rings. Aarav's mom and elder sister enter. Bunny immediately recognises the girl from Chapter 24 – the same one who was overly touchy with Aarav.)
*(Everyone sits on the sofa. That girl — Aarav's sister — sits very close to him.)
(Bunny sees this and fumes inside.)
Bunny (in her mind): "What's mine… stays mine."
(She goes to the kitchen to bring plates. She watches Aarav walk toward her — his mom and sister looking in his direction.)
*(She quickly steps in front of him to block their view.)
(Then whispers…)
Bunny (to Aarav): "You said I'm good at acting, right? Let me show you how it's done."
(Grabs his collar and kisses him on the lips in front of his mom and sister. Aarav is stunned.)
(Then casually…)
Bunny (coolly): "Don't stand like that. Your mom's watching. Take this plate to the table."

POV: Aarav
(In shock, but outwardly calm.)
Aarav (in his mind): "Wait… what just happened?"
That didn't feel like acting… and I didn't hate it.
(He takes the plate without saying a word.)

"Let her try now. Let's see how close she feels after that."
